I am feeling very proud and now gratefully ‘de-stressed’ — with a few years of preparation under my belt — to have passed the exam to become a certified and accredited member of the International Coaching Federation.

Don’t let anyone tell you multiple-choice exams are easy! It is a searching and fearless examination of coaching principles and methodology that I feel is critical to ensure the maintenance of high coaching standards across the coaching community.
