Never one to sit around too long without exploring my next tranche of education, I am delighted to announce that I am now a certified Deep Coaching Practitioner, having just completed another incredible coaching course with the Deep Coaching Institute, based out of Mill Valley in California. My wonderful cohort (see photo below and yes, I’m the tall one at the back!) was led by the effusively amazing Roxanne Howe-Murphy, the most charmingly educational Belinda Gore, and the woman with the funniest giggle that I know, Diana Redmond.

These wonderful ladies are all Enneagram (personality structures) teachers and gurus of many years good standing in their own fields and who now choose to spread their love and knowledge through guiding students to further explore themselves with this deep dive into the human psyche — and beyond. The whole process is overseen by Ipek Serifsoy and her husband, Jim Difalco, who between them organise all the excellent materials, the months of webinars and the two workshop retreats over the nine-month duration of what I consider to be one of the best coaching courses money can buy.

I cannot thank all the Deep Coaching faculty enough for one of the most revealing, unearthing, well run and life-changing programs I have ever been lucky enough to experience. The course took me deeper into myself than I ever saw coming and has left me with the ability to sit in far greater presence than I have ever enjoyed in decades gone by.
